The original ACE Derby Experience is designed to thrill and delight your guests with a “Day at the Races!” Feel the anticipation in the air as your guests cheer on their favorite filly in each race. Our jockey guides the wooden ponies down the track with every roll of the dice, and it’s anybody’s guess who will come in first. Sing along or break out your best moves to show your race spirit and score some extra Derby Dollars as our DJ keeps the energy up between races with your favorite variety of music (or let us help you design a custom musical atmosphere). Great for socials and corporate functions, plus it makes for a unique and effective fundraiser!

Can I customize my package?
Yes, you can change the quantity or composition of tables in any package, subject to table availability.
How are chips distributed to players?
Guests receive a casino chip voucher they can give to any dealer to get their chips when they are ready to play
What if we don’t know how to play any of the games?
This is the perfect type of event to learn at! Our skilled dealers will walk you through the basics and then teach you a little more so you can game with confidence!
How long does it take to set everything up?
We generally plan on arriving anywhere from 1 to 2.5 hours before the start of gaming time to deliver and set up your casino experience.But if you need an earlier setup time, just let us know! We can factor that in and work with you on a plan.
What if the guests run out of chips while they are playing?
The gaming doesn’t have to end until you say it does! You can choose to give them more vouchers, or have them win more vouchers with mini challenges. Ask us for more ideas!
What areas do you serve?
We make our way around! We are based out of the Atlanta Metro area. Our basic travel zone includes Chattanooga, Augusta, Macon, and Young Harris, but we have been known to take our events even further down the road when people come looking for us!
Is Atlanta Casino Events an actual casino location?
Atlanta Casino Events is an event entertainment company – we are not a physical casino! Gambling is actually illegal in the state of Georgia – we recommend you check the surrounding states for in-person casino gaming locations!
How can we use Casino and Derby events for fundraising?
We are proud to work alongside many notable organizations to provide a quality experience to compliment fundraising efforts. With hundreds of fundraisers to our experience, we can help you choose the best details to help you maximize you event’s potential for good!
What if I need to add or subtract tables from my package?
We understand event needs change! If you want to add more tables, simply reach out and we will see what tables we have available! Should you find you need to drop a table or more, that generally can be done with no added costs if the event is 2 or more weeks in the future. A prorated dealer cancellation fee applies for each dropped table with less than 2 weeks notice prior to the event (4 weeks for events scheduled in December)
What is your cancellation policy?
Our general cancellation policy is to issue a full refund of retainers for events canceled 46 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. A prorated refund of the retainer may apply to events that cancel within 31-45 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. *** For events on major holiday weekends and in December, the refund time window adjusts as follows: A prorated refund will apply to cancellations made 46-60 days prior to scheduled event, with no refund to be issued for events canceled 45 calendar days or less prior to the scheduled event date.
